How To Make Kunun Aya (Tiger Nut Milk)

2 Cups Of Tiger Nut
1 Sweet Mature Coconut
1 Cup Of Date
1/2 Cup Of Water

Rinse tiger nut thoroughly
Soak tiger nut for 24 hours
Remove seeds from date to avoid damaging your blender
Chop coconut into little pieces to aid blending
Blend all three ingredients with very little water
Sieve out milk using wire mesh sieve
Use new ladies stocking, chiffon cloth or cheese cloth to sieve a second time
